Townhomes

Included in the single-family homes section of the Northshore Town Center will be 150 townhomes in several clusters throughout the area. Designed to blend seamlessly with the nearby homes, the townhomes will feature many of the same design qualities, which include the use of brick, metal, stone and siding materials, as well as large windows and doors, chimneys and dormers.

To take advantage of the magnificent views of the nearby Tennessee River and to promote outdoor living, these homes will also feature balconies, rooftop decks and rooftop gardens. Parking will be accessible through a rear alley.

Also in the works are plans for 100 additional townhomes on the northern side of Northshore Town Center near the five-acre natural lake in an upscale commercial district, which will serve as the main entrance to the community from Northshore Drive .
