Northshore Town Center will feature 120 single-family homes on the north end of the community constructed by Knoxville builder Mike Stevens Homes . Drawing inspiration from the streets of the great inner suburbs built in major American cities during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, the residential area of the community will feature sidewalks; narrow, tree-lined streets and a variety of open green spaces for children's play areas and neighborhood gatherings.

The homes at Northshore Town Center will share a variety of design characteristics, yet each retain their own charm. Common features may include tall doors, large windows with shutters, columns, dormers, covered front porches, upper level balconies, louvers, cupolas and brick or stone chimneys. Homes will be constructed of siding, stone or brick. To maintain a more attractive on-street appearance and neighborhood feel. Majority of the parking and garages will be hidden behind homes with access via alleyways

In addition, due to higher elevations at the north end of Northshore Town Center, many homes will have views of the nearby Tennessee River.
